We also take pride in our many activities to support the community. For example, in the past year we have made items for schools, aged-care facilities and other community groups such as the Patches of Cooroy quilting group. We completed several projects for the Noosa Botanical Gardens, provided hand-made Christmas gifts for disadvantaged families and delivered wooden toys to kids doing it tough in Western Queensland. Our club has also been an active participant in events such as the Pink Precinct Walk for cancer research, the Eumundi Heritage Showcase event, Christmas in Cooroy, plus the annual Cooroy Fusion Festival.
